01 Background

Establishing Up-to-Date Drawing Information with BIM and Centralized Facility Management Information

 To improve the efficiency of accessing and sharing essential information—including equipment registers, drawings, inspection records, and repair histories for each facility—an integrated facility management platform was developed using BIM as its foundation. The project aimed to establish a management framework based on up-to-date drawing information and centrally managed facility data.

 The SY-iFM Platform uses BIM models to centrally manage the information required for building and equipment maintenance.
 Users can view buildings and individual equipment within the BIM model and access registered information such as specifications, installation details, inspection records, work records, and related documents.
 The platform is available through both web and mobile applications, supporting not only office-based management tasks but also on-site inspections, checks, and reporting.
