- May 2025 – BIM model development and implementation of SY-iFM Platform Version 4.0 began.
- This project marks the first deployment of a cluster-based management platform in Malaysia, covering a total floor area of approximately 430,000 square meters.
- By integrating diverse GIS and BIM models, including high-precision oblique imagery data, the project achieves advanced spatial analysis and visualization capabilities.
- Multiple systems have been seamlessly integrated, establishing inter-system data transmission and coordinated control, enabling efficient and unified facility management.
Research Facility of a Major Japanese Manufacturer (China)
- January 2025 – BIM model development and implementation of SY-iFM Platform Version 3.0.
- This facility serves as a global cutting-edge research and development center, with a total floor area of approximately 35,000 square meters.
- It has obtained energy-saving and environmental certifications both domestically and internationally, reflecting its commitment to sustainability and innovation.
Tokyu Community Training Facility “NOTIA” (Japan)
- July 2022 – Implementation of SY-iFM Platform Version 3.0.
- 「NOTIA」 is a training facility owned by Tokyu Community, certified as a Nearly ZEB (Net Zero Energy Building).
- With a total floor area of approximately 2,600 square meters, the facility exemplifies sustainable building practices.
- Assessment of BIM Platform Application Technologies.
Major Foreign-Owned Department Store (China)
- October 2021 – BIM model development and implementation of the SY-iFM Platform Ver. 3.0.
- Retail floor area: approximately 116,000 m².
- This was the first property to implement our proprietary facility management platform, the SY-iFM Platform.
