  • Multiple systems have been seamlessly integrated, establishing inter-system data transmission and coordinated control, enabling efficient and unified facility management.

  • This facility serves as a global cutting-edge research and development center, with a total floor area of approximately 35,000 square meters.
  • It has obtained energy-saving and environmental certifications both domestically and internationally, reflecting its commitment to sustainability and innovation.

Tokyu Community Training Facility “NOTIA” (Japan)

  • July 2022 – Implementation of SY-iFM Platform Version 3.0.
  • 「NOTIA」 is a training facility owned by Tokyu Community, certified as a Nearly ZEB (Net Zero Energy Building).
  • With a total floor area of approximately 2,600 square meters, the facility exemplifies sustainable building practices.
