　BIMBase Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "BIMBase") exhibited at "The 25th Business Fair" (hosted by Seibu Shinkin Bank), held on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at Shinjuku Sumitomo Building Triangle Square, as a company recommended by Shiga Shinkin Bank. Furthermore, our representative also presented at the "Manufacturing Open Innovation Pitch" session.

　At this fair, which gathered over 290 companies and organizations, our exhibition space introduced solutions under the theme of "Taking Building Management to the NEXT Stage." We engaged in active discussions with many companies interested in new approaches to solving diverse client challenges in building management, as well as our BIM-based maintenance and management platform.

　We sincerely thank everyone who visited our exhibition space and attended our pitch session.
