| October 2001 | SAIYO Construction Technology was founded in Shanghai, China, focusing on BIM design, MEP consulting, and software development. |
| July 2016 | Established SAIYO Construction Japan Co., Ltd. in Japan. |
| 2017 | SAIYO Construction Technology Japan and SAIYO Construction Technology in Shanghai began joint development of the 「SY-iFM platform」 by integrating their technical expertise. |
