Multiple systems have been seamlessly integrated, establishing inter-system data transmission and coordinated control, enabling efficient and unified facility management.

Tokyu Community Training Facility “NOTIA” (Tokyo, Japan)
July 2022 – Implementation of SY-iFM Platform Version 3.0.
「NOTIA」 is a training facility owned by Tokyu Community, certified as a Nearly ZEB (Net Zero Energy Building).
With a total floor area of approximately 2,600 square meters, the facility exemplifies sustainable building practices.

Ningbo Hankyu Department Store (Ningbo, China)
October 2021 – BIM model development and implementation of SY-iFM Platform Version 3.0.
This is the first store in China by H2O Retailing, featuring a total floor area of approximately 116,000 square meters, surpassing even the flagship Hankyu Umeda Main Store in Osaka.
It is also the first property to adopt our proprietary facility management platform, SY-iFM, marking a significant milestone in the digital transformation of retail facility operations.
