Tokyu Community Training Facility “NOTIA” (Tokyo, Japan)

  • July 2022 – Implementation of SY-iFM Platform Version 3.0.
  • NOTIA」 is a training facility owned by Tokyu Community, certified as a Nearly ZEB (Net Zero Energy Building).
  • With a total floor area of approximately 2,600 square meters, the facility exemplifies sustainable building practices.

Ningbo Hankyu Department Store (Ningbo, China)

  • October 2021 – BIM model development and implementation of SY-iFM Platform Version 3.0.
  • This is the first store in China by H2O Retailing, featuring a total floor area of approximately 116,000 square meters, surpassing even the flagship Hankyu Umeda Main Store in Osaka.
  • It is also the first property to adopt our proprietary facility management platform, SY-iFM, marking a significant milestone in the digital transformation of retail facility operations.
